Harlan Hall will once again have their Pumpkin Decorating Contest. Open to all in the Marshall School District. Pumpkins may be dropped off beginning October 20th and will be displayed at Harlan Hall through the 30th.
Awards and Trophies awarded to the Most Creative use of Materials, Most Original Idea and Best Overall in each age category: Kids up to 10 years, Kids 11-17 years and Adult 18 years and Older.
