The holiday spirit takes over downtown Marshall on Saturday, December 6, 2025, for Hometown Holly Days, a full day of festive fun for the entire family! Events run from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. around the Courthouse Square and throughout downtown Marshall, Illinois.

Enjoy a hearty breakfast and visit with Santa before his busy night! - Holiday Vendor Market at Historic Harlan Hall
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Shop from over 50 holiday market vendors offering handmade crafts, gifts, and seasonal treats. - Meet the Winter Princess
10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Harlan Hall.
Stop by for a photo op with the Winter Princess! - The Polar Express Train Rides
10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. in front of the Marshall Public Library.

- Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony – 5:30 p.m. at the Courthouse bandstand.
Gather with the community as the tree lights up downtown Marshall. - Parade of Lights – 6:00 p.m. along Archer Avenue.
A dazzling display of illuminated floats, music, and cheer. - Clark County Fairgrounds Festival of Lights
After the parade, head to the fairgrounds to continue the celebration.
