Clark County Health Department to host School & Sports Physicals

The Clark County Health Department is offering school and sports physicals for students entering grades K through 12 on Wednesday, July 23 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Health Department, 997 North York Street in Martinsville.

Students under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Bring your insurance card. A smart-pay option is available for those with no insurance. Pre-registration is recommended.
