Marshall Public Library invites the public to a fascinating program with local historian Dalanne Miller, titled “Cemeteries of Clark County, IL,” on Thursday, October 16, at 6:30 PM. Attendees will explore the county’s diverse burial sites, learn about recent discoveries, and gain unique historical insights.

Highlights of the program include the recent uncovering of a “lost” burial site, shedding light on the location of an early school, as well as newly discovered information about one of the county’s earliest cemeteries. Dalanne will also discuss potential areas for locating small family burial sites. Participants will have the opportunity to view a detailed map of cemetery locations and engage in a question-and-answer session with the presenter.
